Post-Silicon Validation
From Memory To Momentum

Chip to system, Embedded to software, Training to talent, M-One makes it happen.
Silicon validation ensures the chip designed is fabricated and will work as it should when deployed in the field.
This level bridges design verification and large-scale manufacturing.
Silicon Validation
Silicon validation is the assurance that the chip designed is fabricated and will work as it should when it is out in the field. We perform elaborate test plans to verify functionality, performance and adherence to design specifications. This level is the intermediate between design check and large-scale manufacturing.
Bench Characterization
Bench characterisation is the process of testing and evaluating critical performance parameters of the silicon, including power consumption, timing margins, and signal integrity. With the help of modern laboratory equipment, we obtain accurate data to compare the design targets and find any possible optimisations.
Post-Silicon Debug
In post-silicon debug, we identify and correct problems that can manifest themselves only after fabrication. These are functional anomalies, performance deviations or integration issues. We employ a deliberate process in which specific testing, waveform inspection, and hardware instrumentation are applied to identify and resolve core issues rapidly so that the product is stable and ready to manufacture.
